About
Hi. It's me, Trice. Welcome to my shop!
I am an artist & maker, druid & witch, wildwoman & friend, dog & cat-mom, bookworm and hobby photographer.
I've always had a love for crystals, stones and other earthly treasures. I grew up in Germany running around in the forests by our house half feral when school was out, building forts, finding treasures like rocks and feathers, etc. As I grew up my love for nature remained and once I got older I realized that it wasn't just simply love. It's a connection as ancient and true as time itself. It is a reverence for the spirits inhabiting every pebble, every tree. It is a reverence for our ancestors. It is a reverence for all that is around us and in us.
Many years ago, my pagan path and Reiki work sparked the wish to wear certain crystals as jewelry so they could be with me all day. When I couldn't find the style I was looking for (something unique and extraordinary) I started researching and eventually found the process of electroforming. I was hooked. I like to think of it as a type of modern alchemy, during which the copper is deposited on the desired object through an electrical current.
It is quite magickal to watch the copper grow on a crystal or bone. It feels raw and organic and natural. But it is only one of the processes I like using.
I try to use as many natural, biodegradable and recycled and upcycled products as I possibly can. This means anything from recycled paper towels to green energy to gorgeous finds from antique markets. There are so many ways to make less of an impact. I can't do it all, but I really try my best to take care of this planet and its creatures.
If you would like to stay up to date on the comings and goings ;), you're welcome to join me on my facebook page or Instagram feed.
So now that you're here, please put your feet up, have a cup of tea or coffee and let me take you on a journey through the forest, the dark places, the sacred places.. where the echo of light shines and the faeries dance to the melodies of whispering trees.. where sun and fog hug each other in a melancholy embrace and life and death are both celebrated with equal reverence.. where the moon rules over the night sky and storms unleash their mighty power. Let me take you to the wild...
Much love,
Trice 🌲🌲🌲
